Mão de Obras does construction and rehabilitation work in the Alentejo, based in Colos. Natural stone, masonry, lime and clay plasters, with hands-on craftsmanship and site supervision from the first conversation to the finished work.

Who we are

Attila Nüsse is a mason and stone setter with 45 years of experience in construction. Miro Twelkemeier, a carpenter trained in Germany, manages the projects. Together they bring carpentry and masonry solutions inspired by German practice, adapted to each building and to local conditions.

Ecological building

Wherever possible they work with stone, timber, lime and clay, looking for long-lasting solutions and reducing inorganic materials. The cooperative’s network of professionals makes it possible to add other skills as each project requires.
