Being with horses is an invitation to sensing, intuition, and relaxation. Wise and highly sensitive, horses live unconditionally in the present and move in tune with the principles of life. The Horse Listening project guides you in discovering these gifts within yourself.
In June 2019, Juuna and her herd of horses and donkeys settled in Arrabacinha. The river that flows from this encounter moves towards harmony and inner peace — a gentle valley where true healing can take place.

About Juuna
Juuna Kastrup has been around horses and immersed in various equestrian worlds and approaches since childhood. Being part of the herd led her to develop and express her life’s mission.
Her unique way of connecting with the herd, combined with her training in personal development, coaching, and therapy, enables her to be a sensitive and present guardian for both horses and people.
Conscious responsibility, presence, and gratitude are the qualities Juuna brings to the journey, laying the foundation on which mutual respect and true connection-based cooperation can flourish.
