AluaGhee is hand-crafted delicious artisanal Ghee in small batches from 100% grass fed Açores butter – with lots of love infused into each jar. Ghee is a form of clarified butter which contains essential nutrients and healthy fatty acids. It can be used as a cooking oil, or to enhance any dish with its nutty buttery flavor. The functions to support a healthy body are listed broadly, such as to kindle the digestive fire and promote a healthy gut; to help nourishing the nervous system and boosting brain health; to support hormone regulation, heart health and nourish hair and skin.

AluaGhee is founded and run by Claudi and Lena, two friends, women & mothers passionate about nature, healthy food & conscious living.
