Gaia is the headquarters of Cooperativa Integral da Terra and the place where this cooperative journey began, in 2020. More than a grocery store and café, it is a space to celebrate community and organic, local products, with the close-knit energy that defines us.

The shop

A rotating selection of fresh organic fruit and vegetables, bulk products sold by weight such as seeds and grains, natural cosmetics and many other carefully chosen products, mostly local.

The kitchen

Plant-based meals made mainly with organic and local ingredients. There is a different dish of the day every day, plus sandwiches, wraps, sourdough toasties, brunch bowls and homemade sweets.

Sourdough bread

Fresh organic bread every Tuesday and Friday, baked by Bread Guy: wheat, rye, semi-wholemeal and gluten-free options.

COLMEIA pick-up point

Gaia is also a food hub of COLMEIA, the cooperative’s local food network. You can place and collect your orders here, or order directly from the COLMEIA online shop.
