In the heart of the old town you will find a delightful, completely vegan, small café. It serves homemade organic food with a daily changing selection of dishes, drinks, bread and pastries.

Here is a brief introduction from the ladies themselves
We are the Grumpy Mamas, two friends from Monchique who are passionate about healthy, natural and homemade food. We started our journey in 2020 with home delivery of baked goods, pastries and fermented products.
Later we have a pick-up point with a restaurant and finally a food truck to offer our creations at events and markets.
Joining COOPERATIVA DA TERRA was a natural step to open the first organic shop in Monchique and at the same time grow our project with the help of our local suppliers. After a difficult start, our hearts are full and we are grateful for the support of our customers.
